This is Brooke Greenberg (on the left), and she is 16 years old! She's known to the world as the girl who does not age. Dr. Walker out of Tampa, FL says Brooke's body is not developing as a coordinated unit, but as independent parts that are out of sync. She has never been diagnosed with any known genetic syndrome or chromosomal abnormality that would help explain why.
The thing that baffles me is with all the money we spend in taxes on helping these doctors make decisions and find cures, they have yet to discover her exact deficiency. I hope that poor girl lives a full life, but its not fair that she'll never get proper treatment because we fell short.
