MLK Day: Keeping the Dream Alive

While many of us are off of work today, remember Dr. Martin Luther King's "Dream." We have come a long way but we still have along way to go. So today, take a moment and reflect, write down some ways you can help keep MLK's "Dream" alive.

Usher's Dad Dies

Usher is in mourning following the death of his father on Friday, January 18.

The "Confessions" singer - full name Usher Raymond IV - is reported to have been by his father Usher Raymond III's side when he passed away at an Atlanta, Georgia hospital. The cause of death is currently unknown.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Raymond family in their time of sorrow.

Murphy, Edmonds Split

After only two weeks of wedded bliss, Eddie Murphy and Tracy Edmonds have decided to end their relationship.

"After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will
forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship
further.

While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative
of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a
spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends."

Cass: See this is the reason people take marriage as a joke. Marriage is a sacred union that should be shared by two people who are willing to MAKE IT WORK. Marriage is just like any other endeavor. It takes TIME and COMMITMENT. Marriage is an INVESTMENT, just like a house, a career, or an education.

John Mayer Defending Ex

"Dear Dallas and Surrounding Areas,

This isn't a sports blog, and it isn't a publicity stunt. (but have at me if it feels right.)

This is about doing what I think is right as a person, in this case speaking my mind.

I have never known anyone to have more pride in their home state and their upbringing in it than Jessica Simpson has in Texas. I don't really follow sports, but I have played some of my biggest and best concerts in your state, and having witnessed how dynamic the spirit there is, I'm betting emotions are running high right about now.

All witty barbs, blogs, and fashion policing aside, that girl loves Texas more than you know. It's one of her most defining traits as a person. So please don't try and take that away from her. (You probably wouldn't be able to, but it's less work for all involved.)

I just thought it would mean something coming from the guy who has the absolute least to gain from this. And if I'm out of line in having written it, too bad. I can spare a Wednesday's worth of bad press if it means sticking up for a good soul.

JM"

AAAWWWW! As a Cowboys fan, I give kudos to John for sticking up for her when Tony Romo won't!

High School Musical 3 Going to Theaters

"High School Musical 3: Senior Year" finds high school seniors Troy and Gabriella facing the prospect of being separated from one another as they head off in different directions to college. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about their future. With incredible new music and exciting dance numbers designed to take maximum advantage of the big screen, this motion picture extravaganza delivers plenty of high-energy entertainment from East High's talented ensemble.

The only reason why I am posting this is because my 2 year old loves HSM Corbin Bleu. She could care less about Zac and Ryan.

L.L. loves the kids!

L.L. Cool J says he loves being a dad to his four children.

“It’s an opportunity to shape and mold a young mind,” he tells me. “To turn them into a contributing member of society, and to create. You actually get to mold a human being into something that is great if you do the job right. So far, I think I’m okay.”

L.L. and his wife of 12 years Simone Johnson have son Najee, 18, and daughters Italia, 17, Samaria, 12, and Nina, 7.

R. Kelly and Therapist

from NET news (formerly BET):

Accused statutory rapist and child pornographer R. Kelly has gained a victory in his court battle. The singer appeared Monday before a judge who ruled that a child therapist can’t testify at his trial. Kelly’s accused of videotaping himself in sex acts with an under-age girl who’s now 20 and says she’s not the girl in the video. Dr. Sharon Cooper planned to testify that such denial from past victims of child sexual abuse is common, but Judge Vincent Gaughan sided with defense lawyers. They argued that no precedent has been set letting a witness cast doubt on another witness in that way. Kelly’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 12, followed by a May 9 trial, which has been delayed for five years.

Quotable Quotes: Bob Johnson is Beotch

I was talking to a good friend of mine about Bob Johnson and his Obama comment, I thought this statement was too much for me to keep to myself:

He is a Hillary supporter. This weekend he made a reference to Obama self admitted drug use as if he was some thug on the street... He sold out his own people for money. BET is the most degrading, disrespecting, drug referencing channel on television. How is he going to have room to talk when he condones what is put on BET. It shouldn’t be BET it should be NET.

15 Minutes with Larry Cheeba

Larry Cheeba is a force to be reckoned with. Hailing from New England, he is able to balanced both club bangers and street wise rap with an effort that will leave you breathless. From his ode to companionship in "Get Myself Together" to the survival anthem "Hunger Pains," Larry wraps the listener in his lyrical story telling that has been a long time coming.

I had a chance to sit down and enjoy some one on one time with him.

Cassandra: First off, let me just thank you for giving me the opportunity to pick your brain, to give the people here in Texas a chance to know you .

Larry Cheeba: No problem

C: Who do you list as your influences?

LC: There are so many who have influence me musically and still continue to. I would say Nas, Biggie, K Solo & EPMD. In my car right now, I am listening to Big Lou from Street Sweepers. He 's feature on one of my songs [Hunger Pains]. He's a great artist like myself.

C: As I was listening to "Get Myself Together" there was a strong vibe that this track was for a very special woman, who is she?

LC: [Chuckles] Honestly, the record is for the mother of my kids but the inspiration for this record originally came from Sandra Thomas. In essence it's directed towards all the strong women across the globe that have held a nigga down when no one else would. If you've been incarcerated before or have family or friends that have been incarcerated you know that it's an emotional roller coaster that makes u look at the people around u…. n also the people who are no longer around you. U begin to put a lot of things into perspective n u see who is genuinely there for u. I think a lot of people who been in this situation can relate whether that person was a friend, lover, or wife to some one that was locked up.

Cassandra: Well I can certainly relate to this track.

LC: That is the sort of reaction I want. I am bringing real life situations to my music that people can relate to. I am currently working on a video to Get Myself which will be released in the spring. It is going to be a beautiful thing.

C: From your last album, Destined for Greatness, to your latest, Tha Product, in what ways have you grown as an artist?

LC: I am more business-keened. With Destined, I had a great vision to make good music but did not have the business knowledge to really push it. With Tha Product, I am more business-keened and the material speaks for itself. I aint gotta hype it up. Artistically the people are gonna love this album.

C: Obama or Hilary in '08:

LC: Obama

C: Why?

LC: I want to see the brother win. I like a lot of his views and what he has to say. Don't get me wrong, Hilary is great candidate considering she's had the experience of being in the white house, but in my opinion, Obama is what we need.

C: As you have read and seen on TV, Obama has a lot of naysayers in the black community. Some are saying he is not black enough.

LC: With anything, you are going to have haters. If you are trying to accomplish something and you don't have haters, then you are not doing something right. I think the real question is …what would be considered black enuf & would Black America be ready to stand by what that is…

C: What advice do you have for CB readers who want to break into the music business?

LC: Stay on your Grind, stick to your craft & invest in yourself. Go hard and put your whole heart into it. Nothing is handed out in this industry for free. I have worked with many in this industry and it is not easy.

C: When it is all said and done and you have hung up your mic for the last time, what do you want to be remembered for the most? What do you want your legacy to be?

LC: I want them to know I put my all in it – my heart n I was one the best(if not the best to ever do it from New England). This is a very dog eat dog industry and many great artists from my area never got the respect they deserved or get forgotten. I want to be remembered that I stayed on my grind n went hard for my city. When Jay-Z went into and out of retirement, people looked at what he accomplished. I just want to be remembered and acknowledged for what I have accomplished for Worcester. Shout out to everybody in the 508 showin support "THE PRODUCT" is coming!!!

Dawn Robinson's Smelling the Flowers

Former En Vogue diva Dawn Robinson posted on her Myspace page some of her thoughts for 2008.

MY MOTTO FOR 2008, DONT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF. ISNT IT ALL SMALL STUFF?! I'VE
WASTED SO MUCH TIME WORRYING, WALLOWING, ARGUING, CRYING, EXPLAINING & PLEADING WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN LAUGHING, LOVING THANKING, REJOICING, KISSING, CELEBRATING, HUGGING & DANCING (especially the kissing part lol)! I HAD TO ASK MYSELF, WHO AM I "NOT" TO BE GREAT! HOW DARE I "NOT" LIVE FULLY! ISNT THAT WHY WE'RE HERE?

On another site (which will remain nameless) has aired out some of Dawn's discretions via her ex. Said ex claims she is a swinger, nags way too much, and is very difficult to work with (he claims this is the reason she was kicked out of En Vogue and Lucy Pearl).

Nicole Richie, Xtina Aguilera's babies born!

Christina Aguilera announced the birth in a quick text message to friends around 4 PM PST.: “Baby has arrived. Mom and dad are doing well!”

It’s a girl for Joel Madden and Nicole Richie. The proud parents have named her Harlow Winter Kate Madden.

Harlow is 6 lbs., 7 oz. “The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents,” the couple’s rep says.

Congrats to Jonathan and Christina, and Joel and Nicole.

Misunderstandings for Onix

ILNY Season 1 alum Onix (aka Will Lash) will be in his first movie, Misunderstandings. NFL football player Kerry Rhodes will also be in the movie.

Movie synopsis:

Have you ever met someone who makes everything you do make sense? Someone who you adore and adores you the same...someone you would want to spend your life with? What if something went wrong, would you care enough to endure the trials and tribulations, or would you throw in the towel? What if everything you two were arguing about was all a misunderstanding...but then again, what if it's isn't? Misunderstandings is about a relationship dilemma based on truth, lies and deceit. In this relationship, which element will have the strongest pull?

I am having trouble locating a trailer for this movie so whenever I find it or someone is so kind to do the legwork for me-don't worry you will get credit-I will post it.

Just from the synopsis would you go see it? Rent it?

'The Chump,' Fans Respond to Buddhaha

Punk (aka David Ortunga or 'The Chump') and his fans have responded to Buddhaha "jealously driven blog." Punk thanked Buddhaha for his "insightful and well-thought-out blog." David goes on to say he does not "have the time nor desire to write blogs" himself.

SOOOO he gets his fans to respond. Look under the hood for some of Punk's fans' comments...

Shiitt. Buddah is smart. He KNOWS he's getting under New York's skin when he said that, and that's his intentions - is to hurt New York's feelings when he said he only goes for gorgeous/curvaceous women. I think that's fucked up, and sad. I wouldn't say that New York is gorgeous, nor will I say that she is NATURALLY curvaceous (on Flavor of Love 1&2) but I will say that what he said and meant was that New York is ugly, and that's just a man trying to get into a woman's face when she just dumped him.

I question why it matters if VH1 cut that interview off - and why it is important for his fans (his fans are crazy ass kissers) to know.

But isn't he fine? Especially that scene when he's all oily and sweaty... Mmm... *slaps back to senses*

Buddah is smart enough to say stuff that keeps us typing. He acted as if this show was a NAACP (when they mattered) meeting, it is a reality tv show where males are competing for some fake, annoying, STD infected booch.

So Punk is a criminal defense lawyer...from Haaahhhvahhd? He should get a refund. Buddah is a hater. He is a life coach, real estate investor, etc...code words for I don't have a job...similar to actor is code word for waiter.

His is complaining about the way people are portrayed on a reality tv show! Has he seen any of the other shows?

I hate Midget Mac. Punk was named aptly as he claimed to fall in love with NY after 3 days...or so.

After seeing this season
1. Buddah is full of himself and of shit
2. He has some good insight, but says crazy stuff too
3. Midget Mac is retarded, as is Wise
4. It is a genius
5. Will Rol2 an f FOL3 be competing?

Dwyane Wade covers ESPN Magazine

Dwyane Wade covers the January 14th issue of ESPN Magazine. In it, Wade talks about his ambition, and the gossip, and staying true to yourself.

On His ambitions:
"I've always been really ambitious. As a kid, I always thought I could do more than people thought I could. I'm not the kind of person who likes to be in a box. My will is my greatest strength, " Wade explains. "My will to get there. That's why I'm here now. I willed myself."

On gossip:
"When you're young, you want to be famous. You want to be known. But having your personal business out there is not fun. I hear things, I read things and just laugh. Speculation is speculation. The thing that sucks about gossip is pepole believe it."

On being the same Dwyane:
"This high-profile life hasn't changed me," he says, a sentiment echoed by his teammates, family members and friends. "I don't worry about losing my way. I know that whatever happens, I can get myself back on track."

Buddha Puts 'The Chump' on Blast

Even after the ILNY2 reunion show, the drama continues. Now it is Buddha turn to put someone on blast.

On Punk:
For those of you that don't know what a "Criminal Defense Lawyer" is, in short they are the WORST of the WORST when it comes to moral foundation. Criminal Defense Lawyers are taught to create what is called a "moral/conscious bubble" in order to make themselves NOT feel bad or remorseful about defending to free murderers, pedophiles, mobsters, rapist, and all other "Criminals." WAKE UP PEOPLE!! For those of you that haven't figured it out yet THIS is the very reason I turned down law school. I don't want to create a "moral bubble", "conscious vaccum" or any other justification for doing the wrong thing and sleeping well at night in my million dollar mansion. I've a higher power to answer to.

On Mr. Wise's Flying Squirrel antics:

Mr. Super Wise (I've NO IDEA how he jumped that far and that high... LMAO!!) flying through the air to get at The Maid everything else on the reunion show was just "Mindless Entertainment."

For more on the reunion, check him out on Myspace.

Benzino, Dave Mays Sound off on Elliot Wilson's Firing

"Now Yellow Nigga can go get a job sucking fucking Jimmy Iovine since that's what he was doing anyway...G Unit is over and so is Elliot. If I see him in the streets I'ma put a foot in his ass..I'ma do that for Hip Hop..."
-Benzino

"Elliot's firing signals the end to an old-fashioned way of publishing magazines that is no longer viable, which explains why all of the current monthly mags—from XXL to The Source to Vibe—are struggling in continuing to try to operate in a way that doesn't work in the new age of media and of hip hop. Will for Scientology

Could you actively recruit for a church you do not attend...

Will Smith has joined the ranks of Hollywood power players actively recruiting for the Church of Scientology. Smith, who is best buddies with Scientology booster Tom Cruise, has never confirmed that he joined the church. But he told “Access Hollywood” last month: “I was introduced to it by Tom, and I’m a student of world religion. I was raised in a Baptist household. I went to a Catholic school, but the ideas of the Bible are 98% the same ideas of Scientology, 98% the same ideas of Hinduism and Buddhism.”

Public Speaking 101: Never argue with a Black Man

This brother slashed a new hole in this White girl's behind SOUL. He reduced her to TEARS! I really felt sorry for her.

Do you know your ranking??

I was over @ Mrs. Grapevine and Sincere Thoughts and saw this post about BBR (Black Blogger Rankings). This list is a very helpful tool in knowing where your blog stands in the black blogosphere. Right now I am at #211 out of 651 (not bad, but there is always room for improvement). If you are not on the list, all you have to do is drop them a line. It is that easy.
While you are there, check out tips on how to market your blog.

Thanks to Electric Village for putting together the list together.

Clinton, McCain take N.H.

I am not sure how Sen. Hillary Clinton did it but she did. She was able to pull off a victory tonight. With 80 percent of Democrats precinents reporting, Clinton has 39 percent of the vote to 36 percent for Barack Obama. Former Sen. John Edwards trailed with 17.

In his concession speech, Obama said he will continue fight:

"For most of this campaign we were far behind," he said. "We always knew that our climb would be steep. ... With your voices and your votes you made it clear that at this moment, in this election, there is something happening in America."

On the Republican side, Sen. John McCain regained his title of "Comeback kid" with his win over Mitt Romney.

"I’m past the age when I can claim the noun 'kid,' no matter what adjective precedes it, but tonight we sure showed 'em what a comeback looks like," McCain said in his victory speech.

"We celebrate one victory tonight and leave for Michigan to win another."

As I have said before, I will say again, if you are not keeping up with this election, you should be. This is very important. You may think your vote doesn't count, but it does. We have the power to make a change, a change for the better.

If you don't know who is running for President, ask. There are many links devoted to this election, you can hop over to YouTube and watch the debates (they are better than the soaps).

Tamia in Clutch Magazine

Clutch Magazine recently had a one-on-one with Tamia, discussing her album (Between Friends), being Super Mom, and moving to Arizona.

Q: We absolutely love your latest CD, Between Friends and so does everyone else! Are you excited about all the great feedback and love it has received?
I’m very excited about Between Friends . . . especially since I put this album out independently on my own record label, Plus 1 Music Group; it has definitely been a labor love. And, I’m so excited for people who have the album and like it!

Q: We know you are a working mom, like many women. How do you keep it together when you are running around being mom all day?
I don’t run around all day . . . I fly! I’m Super Mom. Just kidding. I don’t know! When you are a mom you just make it work.

Q: We hear that Grant recently joined the Phoenix Suns. Are you happy about the move?
Yes! We are very excited and happy about the move and this season.

Damn, He was HUNGRY

A Texas man has been charged with capital murder after killing and eating his girlfriend. Christopher Lee McCuin, 25, notified police that he had killed 21-year old Jana Shearer. When police arrived, they discovered an ear boiling on the stove and a hunk of flesh on a plate with a fork in it.

"We cannot prove that he did," Smith County Sheriff J.B. Smith said Sunday. "He was either going to, had been or led us to think that he was doing it."

Authorities are unclear if he did consume any flesh.

He is also charged with stabbing his estranged wife's lover, who is now in intensive care.

Pastor Betha's preaching the Word

Pastor Mason Betha, aka Mase, preaching the word in his new TV series, Born to Succeed. Watch, listen, and learn, you never know what you may take from this message (hey, I am not going to crack any jokes).

Doesn't he sound a little bit like Creflo Dollar??

Vick Comeback in '09??

I am not defending what he may or may not have done, but I am glad that he may get out early. Michael Vick has orchestrated a way to get early released from prison.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick could be getting out of federal prison much earlier than anticipated after applying for a prison-monitored drug rehabilitation program and evidently being moved into the program in Leavenworth, Kan. Under the program, Vick could be released after serving only 12 months of the 23-month sentence Vick was given Dec. 10 in Richmond, Va. The program could have Vick out of prison by the end of this year and perhaps back in the NFL by the 2009 season.

As it stands, Vick’s 23-month prison term could translate to a release in the summer of 2009, putting his attempts at a return to the NFL for that season in jeopardy. But if Vick were to be released in late 2008 or early 2009, his opportunity to return to the league after missing only two seasons would be boosted significantly. Members of Vick’s camp continue to hope that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will decline to tack on a lengthy suspension following Vick’s release from prison.

Obama Wins Iowa

January 3, 2008 - write the date down, etch it to memory for it is important. This is the day Barack Obama made history. Never before has an African American Presidential candidate taken Iowa. This is a major turning point for the nation. We are saying to the Bush Administration "WE ARE TIRED OF YOUR ISH!"

As of now, Hillary Clinton is in third place behind John Edwards.

My brother is in theater so I know the whole allure of a monologue. To me it brings out the greatest of actors. They show that they can carry the weight of a production alone. The first half of "I am Legend" is Will Smith's monologue. With style and grace he communicates the sheer sense of being alone on the planet to the audience. I have read the book back in the 80's and I was afraid that they weren't going to approach the psychological frailty of being the last man on the planet. Well, maybe the directors weren't yet Will Smith did and he did it excellently.

Aligning this against "Independence Day" I have to shake his hand because the central importance of family is put on front street. In a world where the Black family is often shown to 'not exist' Will Smith has had these two roles in science fiction epics that sanctifies the value of the Black family. He carries the memories of his wife and daughter like saints in his heart while trying to figure out how to live in a world without them.

The setting was hauntingly beautiful. Usually in post apocalyptic movies they are on some fashion monster stelo ala Mad Max. The notion of having a whole city to oneself is very attractive. How nature was slowly creeping in coinciding with the demise of civilization....incredible.

Yes, of course I have slight issues here and there with small story gaps yet they are very small and next to invisible. They were smart in limiting the fight scenes between him and the monsters. It isn't about some long drawn out fights. It is about the almost existential ancient fear of the dark being manifested. The tension between the night and day is played on throughout the movie. The focus on the danger at the moments of transition at dusk and dawn are so well placed that it is almost on some high literature allegory.

I will say that this is a must see movie and one of the better movies of the year. It is not just a science fiction movie. It deals with the large themes of isolation that have been a part of novels since before Robinson Caruso or those people stuck on that island aboard that tiny ship. Check it out.

Kanye, Beyonce and a game

Kanye wrote about his connect 4 match with Beyonce in his blog:

but every now and then people would speak of this legendary connect 4 champion........... BEYONCE!!! I had 2 play her!...so last night at Jay's new 40/40 club in Las Vegas (which is sidebar, crazy big w/ 24krt gold flooring, Black Jack tables, $500 slot machines, the biggest projection screen in the universe and the best turkey burgers I've ever had in my life) she beat me 9 times in a row! (and I didn't even spaz lol)

Solange's New Year's Resolution

Solange discusses her new year's resolution on her Myspace blog:

this year feels very monumental for me, so maybe i get the point.
there a few things i want to achieve this new years myself.

use my middle finger alot more. i always think what person did that gesture and
made it so famous for saying "f*ck you''! why wasnt it a pinky or a thumb? lol
but scince it does mean those clever two words i want to do it alot more.
its neccesary to be happy in life. if you think about some of the most
great and succesfull people and artist..... prince, oprah, bill gates, basquiat,
andy warhol, murakami, michael jackson, kayne west, oh this list could go on
forever.... they all had to say it once or twice in their lifetime.
people are always gonna try and tear u down for your individuality, your creative
drive, you personal choices and all the little things that make you you!
people rag on me for everything, from my choices in shoes and lipstick color
all the way up to my hair! but at the end of the day YOU have to be happy with
YOU! so what if you have the urge to do things that cant be formulated or has four sides? black and white can be so boring without a touch of color!

Solange also goes on to give advice for the slackers in your life:

u shouldnt let random people who dont love you , arent there to help you with a flat tire, or there to fix you soup when your tummy hurts dictate your choices in life.
so just raise up your hand and use your tendons to lift up that long middle finger and say it!!! i want to be like the black bjork! she sais it alot, and i and alot of other people thinks shes brilliant!

Gucci Mane schooling the kiddies

Gucci Mane recently went and spoke at an ATL elementary. He voiced the importance of staying in school and getting good grades. He also rewarded the students with early Christmas gifts.

It's Cool to Be Smart:
“We just went to the kids and talked to the kids that get good grades and told [them] that I wanted to partner up with the school around the street from my house, an elementary school; they were having a lot of problems [with] a lot of the male students. I just wanted to talk to them to do better. Out of the 27 people that we got that were eligible to get toys, only nine of them were boys. I just wanted to challenge the little boys in the neighborhood to pay a little bit better [attention] to the books and stop fighting so much. I graduated from school and I definitely use school in my music so I try to just motivate them to do good; tell them it’s cool to be smart."

Respect Your Elders:
"My message was just to be respectful and disciplinary. With the kids down here they have a lot of disciplinary problems; keeping them in line so they can teach them. I wanted to tell them before they get to entrepreneurship they’re so young…respect these teachers. Listen to what they have to say. That’s the message that I was trying to get to them."

I think it is so important for artists to take time out and talk to the kids. A lot of kids do not have the parental guidance they need and tend to go somewhere else to get that.

Bush, Kardashian Engaged?!?!

If this is ish is true, then it is a sad, sad day in Celebrity news and gossip. Page Six is reporting that Reggie 'Fione as Hell' Bush is engaged to Kim 'that skank' Kardashian. As you can tell, I am a little upset (cassie leaves computer to go on an all night drinking binge).

Reality Recap: Fights, Nudity, and Ish

Since we are in the umpteenth week of the writers strike, I have been reduced to watching reality shows--a lot of reality shows. Two of my guilty pleasures are The Bad Girls Club and Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency. The sheer bitchiness of both shows is my reason for tuning in every week.

I really do not know why Bunim/Murray Productions called their Oxygen show The Bad Girls Club. All they do is argue, curse, and throw ish. I tune in every week in the hopes that someone will follow through with the threats. Anyway, tonight's episode finds the girls recovering from Neveen tossing milk on Darlen (I highly recommend you watch that episode). What do girls do when they are stress??? Go shopping. So they all pile up in the car and head to some L.A. boutiques. While everyone is in a boutique, Lyric decides to do her own thing. She ends up meeting Ty (Fathead Records CEO) and basically bullies him into letting her use his studio.

When Lyric finally meets up with the girls, Tarnisha questions her (this is when Lyric really talks in third person - "Don't nobody question Lyric"). Needless to say we find out that all Ty wants is what's between Lyric's legs. Nothing spectacular happens after that, the girls go to the shooting range to celebrate Tarnisha's birthday, blah, blah, blah. End of episode. I think next week's episode will deliver my fight.

On to JDMA----

Janice has several casting calls - Men and women's underwear line, TV game show, and a bathing suit.

Janice and a client exchanged words over Janice calling her a "parrot." Janice needs to SHUT THE F*CK UP!! Sorry, I just do not considered her to be the world's first supermodel (a self imposed title she gave herself), Gia Carangi was or even Twiggy.

Two models have issues with nudity and seek help from other models with similar issues. The group, Models4Christ, confronts Janice. This did not go well AT ALL. Janice told the models to come and talk to her if there is a problem and not to bring the "Green Bay Packers."

Well this ends my reality recap for this week.

What are your guilty pleasures??
