With the Holiday Season approaching fast (with its long lines, disgruntled customers, and out-of-stock must-haves), there is a great way to get gifts at a cheaper price: Work at a retail store. According to the National Retailers Associations, retailers hired an additional 596,000 "holiday" workers in 2006, and according to CBsalary.com, the average hourly compensation is $15.47.
