I'm back from my Japan trip with glee and joy! It was a great trip and I'm going to post moments from my trip here over the next week or so.
I wanna share where to buy Fancl skincare products and supplements in Japan first since it was my top priority buy for this trip. The moment we reached Osaka after about 16 hours of traveling (we traveled form Tokyo Narita to Osaka on the 1st day), I bought 3 bottles of the TenseUp EX from the supermarket and kick started my Japanese collagen beauty regime.
In case you're wondering where to get Fancl products in Japan, it's everywhere! You can find the Tense Up EX drink and the HTC collagen pills in almost all toiletries shop. But if you want the full range of product that includes cosmetics, it's best to go to the Fancl House shop.
In Osaka Namba area, the Fancl House shop is situated at the junction of Nagahori-Dori Avenue (Nagahoribashi) and Mido-Suji Avenue, which is a very bustling shopping street. I've uploaded the map for easy reference. It's a little hard to locate the shop as it's underground. You'll have to go to B1 level and look hard for the small blue Fancl signage.
The shop even has a health food and drink corner. Do note that the above directions are for Osaka Namba, Shinsaibahi shopping area.
As for Tokyo, the Fancl shops are more widely available. There's one right in front of JR Harajuku station. And another right next to Shibuya station. Just head towards Tokyu when you exit at Hachiko exit at JR Shibuya Station and go up to level 2 to look for it.. The Fancl House shop is situated not inside of Tokyu but outside of it.
There's a promotion currently whereby 3 packs (3 month's supply) of Fancl HTC Collagen Pills cost only 4200yen / 67.20SGD. About half the price of that in Singapore! Fancle Tense Up EX drink also cost about half that in Singapore.
I got myself half year's supply coz I saw results after 3 days! My cheeks looked and felt plump up. Hopefully, it's not from my overeating. ;)
For last minute buys for Fancl collagen products in Narita Airport Terminal 1, you can also go to FaSoLa Market. But you won't be able to hand carry the drinks in as the shop is located outside, before the immigration counter.
So happy with these youth elixirs of mine!
Updates:
2 weeks of Tense Up is giving me slightly healthier/rosy complexion. Mum, Sis and BF agree too! =)
BTW, Sheseido just launched their collagen drink in Japan, any feedback on this? Please leave a comment here if you have.
